Where It All Started
Vision Minds Entertainment was founded in September 2020 by community development vocal artist Joseph “SilkE dot” Wilke, who continues to operate as CEO.
The purpose in founding the company was to learn the music business so that a blueprint can be created and shared to pass on the tips and tricks to succeed in the industry, particularly for youth hip-hop artists.
The ultimate goal is developing mentorship programming in all areas of work and wellness, that connects youth to experts who are already successful in the youths' talents and interests, while also receiving education on best practices for holistic longevity.
